Its confirmed , I suffer from Migrain and gastric . I've a very low blood pressure and very terrible eye-sight . Ouh , sakes ! It's hurts . I've been completely full of illness . I really hate this . Okay , its fine . Tomorrow I'm in holiday . Medical Certificate coming !!!
